The rooms smell like raw sewerage and dampness. We were declined a refund after going to the room and almost being sick. There is no ventilation in corridors or stairs. Its vile utterly vile! No tea or coffee facilities in rooms. Mould in showers, black mould in a/c system. Windows are so dirty you cannot see out of them. An abomination of an establishment!

Lovely hotel room - exceptionally quiet - no street noise at all. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful - especially Tan on reception. Great location for the centre of Bangkok with loads of restaurants & shopping close by & great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Price follow the quality. Very poor service. I payed 500 tbh for an early check in. Found out I booked the wrong hotel. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but chose to leave the morning on the 2. night well aware that I had to pay for 2 nights. I kindly asked if the 500 tbh early check in could be payed back, now that I didn’t stay the 2. day and would leave early. I got the explanation that it couldn’t be done, because of the policy from Booking.com. And that’s not true. It’s goes directly to the hotel. IT’S not the 500 tbh it’s the arrogance and poor service. The rooms and everything seems old and not the cleanest, but it’s also a cheep hotel. But take care here.

Room is very very small. On arrival at approximately 10pm I was left waiting for about 15 mins while reception was off doing something even though she did see me after about 10 mins she still spent another 5 mins doing her own thing. Then later on in the night was very rude to my friends gf who was African. Bed is hard with almost no give in them felt like laying on wood with a couple towels on it. Pillows were comfortable but that’s probably the only positive I can give this hotel. Throw a rock in any direction and you will hit a cheaper better quality hotel.

Perfect for middle-aged or old-aged white men ready to again live their best lives and maybe get more than they can bargain for. definitely not for the faint hearted!
